The Swatch Group Ltd is an international group active in the manufacture and sale of finished watches, jewelry, watch movements and components. We need to incorporate to one of our luxury boutiques in Madrid a full-time salesperson (38,5 h/week) to cover a temporary position, assuming the following functions:
- Welcome and customer service according to the protocols of the Company.
- Sales and advice on the products offered at the boutique.
- Mastery and implementation of sales techniques
- Care and maintenance of the store
- Active participation in the achievement of turnover objectives
- Availability for immediate incorporation
We are looking for a professional with proven customer service experience and the following competencies: - Customer and sales orientation - Teamwork - Flexibility - Product affinity
Time availability is essential.
Rotational shift work
Computer user level.
High level of Spanish, Chinese and English
The use of any other language will be valued
